Front Counter Closures in Kensington and Chelsea

Dear All 

From 28th February 2026 the Front Counters at both Royalty Studios, Lancaster Road W11 and Kensington Police Station, Earls Court Road W8 will close. Both locations still have Police Teams working out of them.

Kensington Police Station will have a yellow phone fitted outside to call for help. 

The nearest front counter will be Hammersmith Police Station, 226 Shepherds Bush Road, W67NX

Opening hours are,

Monday- Friday 10am - 10pm.

Saturday and Sunday 9am - 7pm

Charing Cross Police station front counter remains 24/7 and is located at 2 Agar Street, WC2N 4JP.
